CBRE brings quayside Sheffield office to market

The 50,500 sq ft building lies off the A61 and has the potential to be converted into circa 60 apartments.

CBRE is acting on behalf of Lloyds Bank, with no guide price indicated.

Indicative designs show that the current offices could be revamped into 58 flats, with the 1.4 acre site also home to a 120-space surface-level car park.
