Casa by Moda lines up Doncaster
Following the acquisition of 100 homes from Albermarle, the single-family homes division of Moda Group will deliver its third operational UK neighbourhood and its second in Yorkshire.
Homes at the development, to be called Casa at Westmoor Grange, will range from two to four bedrooms.
The scheme is located on the outskirts of Armthorpe, linking to the central Doncaster in 10 minutes and to the M18.
Casa’s first Yorkshire project is in Kirkstall, Leeds, at a site acquired from Artisan in summer 2023. The Caddick subsidiary is hoping to secure 5,000 new homes within the next three years.
The 47-acre Westmoor Grange neighbourhood marks the first time that Casa has formed part of a wider housing masterplan, with its rental homes expected to welcome residents from this summer. The masterplan as a whole comprises 400 homes.
Following the deal, Casa will continue to work with Albemarle Homes to complete the delivery of the new homes – this will include embedding Moda’s technology partner Utopi’s smart environmental sensors into the homes.
