Bradley Hall appoints Yorkshire director
Paul Andrew will run the property consultancy’s operations for the region, having joined the firm in 2024 as head of office at the company’s Leeds base.
Prior to Bradley Hall, Andrew spent almost 20 years at Walker Singleton rising to director level, as well as five years as head of agency for Kirklees and South Yorkshire at Eddisons.
Now, he will lead a team of valuers, chartered surveyors, and valuation administrators, working with clients including a number of businesses and community events including Yorkshire Building Society, The Federation of Small Businesses, Wetherby Beer Festival and Otley Run.
Last year, Bradley Hall’s Leeds and Manchester offices reported more than 60% growth in billings, following the appointment to a number of national bank panels, including HSBC, Cooperative Bank, and NatWest.
Commenting on his promotion, he said: “Since joining Bradley Hall, I have seen the strength of the business model and the increased demand for our services across all four corners of Yorkshire and over into the North West.
“It’s a really exciting time to be at Bradley Hall, with almost 100 members of staff now working for clients across 12 national offices, 40 of which are RICS Registered Valuers.”
Richard Rafique, group managing director, said: “Paul is a valued member of the Bradley Hall team and has led the Leeds office brilliantly over the last two years. He has supported the office to increase their billings and client lists significantly,
with the team now working for a large number of national banks and lenders.
“Paul’s promotion will allow him greater decision-making opportunities for the growth of his region, and I look forward to supporting him as we expand our service lines in Yorkshire.”
