Attendees can expect live music, a late bar, fine dining, and a packed dancefloor – a night of merriment without any contentious awards, stuffy dress codes, or long-winded speeches to get in the way.

Among those in attendance at this night to remember will be: Arup, BDP, Brabners, Briggs & Forrester Group, Building Careers, Civic Engineers, Close Brothers, Colliers, Dalbergia Group, Dual Group, Enzygo, Hoare Lea, i-transport, SMR Architects, JMW Solicitors, Lanpro, Maslow Capital, Mills & Reeve, Overbury, Overford, Pick Everard, Purcell, Ridge & Partners, Savills, Timber Play, Turley, Waterman Group and York Archaeology.

As many in the North West know, our signature event is a can’t-miss affair, selling out year after year. Place Party North West 2023, held a few weeks ago, was described as “entertaining, joyous and unmissable” and bringing a “sense of community”.

The event included a DJ, a glitter booth, a photo pod, and a caricaturist, as well as a three-course meal.

Dino Moutsopoulos, managing partner and head of commercial at Place North, said: “Place Party has become a must-attend for so many of the people we work with throughout the North West property community, and it just keeps on getting better.

“We’re incredibly excited to be bringing the event to Yorkshire for the first time and look forward to a great night.”

The event follows hot on the heels of a successful first Place Yorkshire Christmas Social, held last week at Leeds’ Shears Yard.
