Bellway applies for Branton development

The housebuilder is looking to build 111 homes on a 16-acre site on the eastern edge of the South Yorkshire village.
Located close to Doncaster on the B1396 Doncaster Road, 23% of the properties will be affordable.
Plans include footpaths and cycleways connecting the site to the surrounding countryside, alongside green spaces within the development itself.
