AspinallVerdi builds Yorkshire team
Rahul Kumawat has joined the regeneration advisor as a consultant, working from the Leeds head office.
Kumawat will serve clients in the public and private sectors throughout Yorkshire and the Humber.
A project management specialist with more than seven years of experience delivering complex and specialised projects in the residential and commercial sectors, he previously worked with the occupier consulting team at CBRE in London and fulfilled roles as a project coordinator and engineer in India.

AspinallVerdi has been expanding its workload across the country and in particular in Yorkshire with successful Brownfield Housing Funding applications unlocking new housing, supporting the negotiation of Section 106 and viability agreements, acquisitions and disposals of development sites and undertaking masterplanning commissions including a new blueprint for Stockton-on-Tees.
Founded in 2009 by Verdi and managing director Ben Aspinall, the firm has a workforce of 26 at its headquarters in Leeds and offices in Newcastle, Liverpool, Birmingham and London.
