2-Work flex at White Rose Park
The flexible workspace provider will take an initial 20,000 sq ft of space in the Leeds business hub in a deal brokered by CBRE.
Opening in May, the grade A office facilities will include private offices, open-plan space, meeting rooms, and breakout areas.
White Rose Park, owned and managed by Munroe K, has on-site amenities including a nursery, gym, and café, as well as a (so far delayed) train station, now due to open sometime this year.
Alex Hailey, senior director, CBRE, said: “2-Work is an excellent addition to the tenant mix at White Rose Park.
“The location is ideal for an operator such as this to provide incubator space to support business growth and expansion within the Park.
“This deal is indicative of the growth in the wider flex market, where we’re continuing to see increased occupier demand.”
Janthea Griffin, director at 2-Work said: “With state-of-the-art facilities, amenities that centre on wellbeing in the workplace and a focus on collaboration, productivity, and well-being, this new space is a testament to our combined vision of redefining the workplace experience.”
